Stuart Shapiro – President
As one of the first to use e-mail as a form of mass marketing communication, Stuart Shapiro is a pioneer in the world of e-communications. Mr. Shapiro has spoken on the topic of political and legislative e-communications at such prestigious venues as the US House of Representatives, the E-Voter Institute conference, Digital Hollywood, and the Professional Marketing Forum. The e-communications methodologies he developed are used today by e-mail marketing firms throughout the country.
Mr. Shapiro is the founder of several corporate and venture-backed Internet communication ventures, including ArtistEnt and Patronet.com, companies he co-founded in 1999 with music executive Danny Goldberg and artist Todd Rundgren. Mr. Shapiro used e-communications technology to promote Woodstock.com and produced the Webcast of Woodstock 1999, the largest music Internet event in history. He is also one of the founders of Firstlook.com, an Idealab company.
Zain Khan – Chief Executive Officer
Zain Khan began his career as an Internet entrepreneur in 1996 with the formation of Artistforum.com, a music community website. One of the early “social networking” sites for musicians, ArtistForum.com was listed as a “top ten” music destination by USA Today. At its zenith, ArtistForum.com had over 100,000 independent musicians and sold nearly 5,000 CDs per month.
By 1999, Zain Khan founded AFI Technology, an off-shoot of ArtistForum.com. AFI Technology became one of the premier developers of corporate websites and web-based software for the music industry.
Leveraging his knowledge of the Internet and web-based software development, Zain Khan went on to co-found iConstituent in late 2001. Since then, Zain Khan has become one of the nation’s leading experts on political and governmental e-communications. He has spoken on the topic at some of the most prestigious forums, including the annual Politics Online Conference held under the auspices of George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management and the American Association of Political Consultants Annual Conference. He was invited to speak at Stanford University, Loyola Marymount University and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Recently, he was a featured guest speaker on NPR Radio’s “Up To Date” with Steve Kraske, and NPR’s “All Things Considered.” He has been quoted in many online news digests including Computerworld and PCworld.com, as well as the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal.
Zain Khan earned an MBA from Loyola Marymount University’s Graduate School of Business and Bachelors in Music at the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music.
Ben Shichman – Chief Technology Officer
Primarily responsible for leading the design and development of the company's core product line, the Constituent Gateway, Ben Shichman brings nearly 20 years of software development, corporate strategy, consulting and management expertise to iConstituent.
Prior to joining iConstituent, Mr. Shichman served as the Director of Project Development at iapps, an Internet consulting firm serving the philanthropic community, where he led the development of over 60 websites and web-based applications for some of the nation's leading foundations and nonprofit organizations. Before leading iapps' development efforts, he was Vice President and a founding partner of Rock Creek Technologies (RCT), a firm specializing in financial software, where he oversaw product design, corporate IT infrastructure, and software development. RCT was acquired by Universal Tax Systems in 1997.

Jeff Green – Chief Technology Officer
Jeff Green directs the architecture, design, and execution of iConstituent applications, databases, and projects and oversees customer service, providing system training, evaluating customer needs, and providing custom solutions. He designed and developed iConstituent's mailing system, content management system (CMS), and data integration with the external systems used on Capitol Hill. Mr. Green and his team of developers are currently developing a new version of this system to automate every process from list importing to emailing demographic targets.
Previously, Mr. Green was the CTO for ArtistForum.com, where he designed, developed, and managed artist sites. He created and implemented coding methodologies and database design and maintenance, as well as designing systems and a business-to-business platform enabling record labels to sell their products through ArtistForum's sites. Prior to that, Mr. Green designed, developed, and implemented web applications for a wide range of clients, including music, e-commerce, job, and corporate sites.
Gregory Hildebrand – Chief Information Officer
Gregory Hildebrand manages iConstituent's information technology, which, in turn, supports the system design and development of our clients' projects.
Before joining iConstituent, Mr. Hildebrand founded Park Five Web Technology, where he provided website design and technology consulting, including establishing numerous computer labs in private and public schools. Previous to that, he was Technology Inspector for Société Générale de Surveillance, Government Programs Division. In that role, Mr. Hildebrand advised the governments of Zaire, Zimbabwe, Peru, and Indonesia on the purchase of magnetic resonance imaging and satellite equipment.
Frank Girolami – Senior Vice President
Frank Girolami is the Senior Vice President at iConstituent. Having recently joined the firm in April of 2008, he brings a deep and broad base of experience, knowledge and specialization in Constituent Segmentation and Behavioral Analysis to the iConstituent Team.
Frank's career has encompassed Senior Roles in International Software Development, Capital Market Investments and Political Consulting. With his extensive background in Data Analysis and Software Engineering, Frank has developed new and innovative Political and Constituent Outreach Products and Service Solutions. Over the last 12 years, Frank has combined his extensive experience in Financial Modeling and Software Development to the Political Market Place. The result, a unique and dynamic approach and perspective to our industry.
Amanda Garzon - Operations Director
Amanda joined InterAmerica in 1997 as a Product Manager. Working with our U.S. House of Representative and U.S. Senate clients, Amanda gathered user requirements and design ideas that became Capitol Correspond 6, our first web-based constituent services solution. She then moved on to become a National Account Executive, doing sales and providing training and implementation services to our State and Local Government clients. After a 5 year hiatus, Amanda returned to InterAmerica in 2007 to once again work with users on the development of our new Capitol Correspond 8. Amanda is a member of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals.
Amanda earned a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College.
Sergio Bazoberry - 3rd Tier Support and Data Services Manager
With his extensive background in relational databases, data analysis and software engineering, Sergio has developed new and innovative management processes to build collaborative teams that deliver data services products and solutions. Over the last 27 years, Sergio has combined his extensive experience in databases,engineering, management and software development to the CMS marketplace. The result is depicted by stable products and strong teams under his guidance with creative and innovative thinking.

Tony Perez - Vice President, Sales
Tony began his career with Capitol Hill in 1994 when he joined InterAmerica as an Account Executive to the U.S. House of Representatives where he managed over 120 clients. Tony was later promoted to Senior Account Executive then to the Senate Project Manager working with over 42 Senate clients. After a brief hiatus as a Federal Representative with Computer Associates, he returned to InterAmerica in 2000 as an Account Manager responsible for Capitol Correspond Suite of Products and Services sales to the US Congress, federal agencies, state and local governments and the private sector. In 2008, Tony was promoted to Vice President of Sales, overseeing hardware and software products and services. Now with iConstituent, Tony continues his sales initiatives along with the procurement of hardware and software products, processing of client purchases and the lead for all client contract negotiations and renewals.
Tony has degrees in Accounting and Mathematics along with certifications from the American Institute of Banking.
Stephen Raffaelli Jr. - Vice President, Sales
Stephen joined iConstituent, LLC in 2006 as a Senior Account Executive. He has passionately worked long hours with over 100 Gateway Accounts on Capitol Hill. Before joining iConstituent, Mr. Raffaelli worked for Federal Network Inc. (FedNet) as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. He helped lead the Congressional marketing and sales efforts for Fednet's streaming video products for all Congressional clients. With in two years, he signed and maintained over 150 accounts across the Hill. Steve also contributed his talent and knowledge to Fednet's production events including the 9/11 Hearings, 2004 Presidential Inauguration, and confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justices Roberts and Alito.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance, from Auburn University. He is also a proud member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, huge Auburn Football fan, and an avid golfer.
Greg Fickel - U.S. House Customer Support Manager
Greg joined InterAmerica in 2000 as a Systems Integration Specialist supporting 12 US House of Representatives offices. In 2003 Greg was promoted to Systems Integration Coordinator elevating support management to 52 House offices. In this capacity, Greg managed the migration of the Capitol Correspond clients to the hosted version of Capitol Correspond 6, the premiere correspondence management software. Now with iConstituent, Greg is the U.S. House Customer Support Manager, supervising the support of over 250 House offices utilizing a range of products, including the Constituent Gateway and Capitol Correspond. Greg oversees a dynamic team of Customer Support Consultants providing onsite support, training, and consulting services to House clients delivering a holistic support approach to achieve superior customer service.
Santo Giordano - U.S. Senate Program Manager
Santo joined InterAmerica in 1996 as a member of the Helpdesk Team. He later moved into the capacity of Senate Technician, supporting a number of Senate clients. Now with iConstituent, Santo is the U.S. Senate Program Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing the Senate Technician Team.
