Did you know? Sending casework e-mails on letterhead!

In the past few weeks I’ve had the privilege of speaking with CRM users from around the country getting feedback about their experiences using the iConstituent CRM to communicate with agencies through the application. One request that I heard over and over was the desire to be able to send an e-mail from a case to an agency on official letterhead.

I am happy to report we heard you and that we now have the ability to create a custom header and footer that will make your e-mails look so much like they were printed on letterhead it’s almost possible to smell the ink. We provide two standard versions.  The first is mobile friendly and is our recommended template. Check out an example below!

But you can also opt for a more traditional 3 column approach.

If this looks and sounds like it might be useful then I have good news! We can get this set up for you and all you have to do is reach out to the team at support@iconstituent.com. Just send us an example of your existing e-mail template or any images you would like to include and our resident experts will quickly whip up the requisite custom header and footer.

Once they are in place all you need to do is select them when creating a new form letter. Just navigate to the “letters” section and then select the new Header and Footer option labeled “Letterhead” and you are off and running.

Want to use the new letterhead for your blank e-mails as well?  That’s also easy to change, just navigate to your preferences

and then change the defaults.

Finally don’t forget to send a test message in order to make sure the final product is perfect!  If you have any issues with these steps please do not hesitate to contact our support team at 202-355-9355 or e-mail us at support@iconstituent.com.
