After earning his MCSE, Greg joined InterAmerica in 2000 as a Systems Integration Specialist supporting 12 U.S. House of Representatives offices. In 2003 Greg was promoted to Systems Integration Coordinator, elevating support management to 52 House offices. In this capacity, Greg managed the migration of the Capitol Correspond clients to the Cloud version of Capitol Correspond 6. Moving to iConstituent, Greg first became the U.S. House Customer Support Manager, supervising the support of all U.S. House of Representatives client offices utilizing a range of products and becoming the U.S. House Technology Services contact. Greg next moved into the Implementation Manager Position overseeing a dynamic team of Implementation Consultants who ushered clients through migrating to the Gateway CRM. He was then promoted to Director of Customer Support Operations overseeing iConstituent’s Customer Service Center and monitoring for excellent service and quality assurance. As of 2015, Greg took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for iConstituent with primary oversight responsibility for all of iConstituent’s daily activities. Greg has over 30 years of Customer Service experience and possesses a natural ability to understand the needs of his clients, which is what makes him excel in his role supporting iConstituent’s management team.
