Joshua is a budding I.T. professional with seven years of experience in customer service, client relations, and urban youth development. He is also an avid basketball fan, dreamer, nature enthusiast, and a not-so-self-proclaimed nerd. Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Washington D.C. has always felt like a second home. The world for him would be a different place without his beloved Toyota Tacoma.
Joshua believes in an attitude of transparency and teamwork between managers, colleagues, and the customer base. The late John Willard Marriott, the founder of Marriott hotels, put it best when he said, “Take care of associates and they’ll take care of your customers.”
