Thousands of local government professionals gathered in Baltimore for the 104th ICMA conference in September were among the first to experience our new CRM and its benefits for offices and agencies of all sizes.

The new iConstituent CRM was built from the ground up with input from scores of government staffers to tackle the biggest problems that constituent services and communications professionals face daily. At ICMA, we teamed up with three other companies that are helping local governments become “Smart Cities”:

Govlist ( uses software automation and analytics to improve the RFP & Bid process, helping government procurement teams easily write solicitations 50% faster.

Prime Government Solutions ( provides innovative legislation management solutions for local governments, and its software is born out of years of experience working alongside municipal clerks.

Camino ( creates intelligent software for government’s most complex workflows, such as building permits.

Our theme was “GovTech Disruption” – iConstituent’s new CRM is the lynchpin of a successful technology improvement program for local government, and we were happy to share our story with leaders from around the country at ICMA in Baltimore.
