By applying for the grant program you agree to the following terms.

• One grant per elected official, local municipality, or state agency only. For example, Councilmember A and Councilmember B in City C are both eligible for the grant. At a municipal wide level, City C is only eligible for one grant for City departments like the City Manager, PIO, Public Works, Health Department, etc.
• Ongoing use after the grant is 4 – 8 cents per contact in an Outreach Campaign based on account volume. There are no additional costs for the data, inbound replies, and follow-ups. There are also no monthly fees for establishing an iConstituent GovText account, which includes onboarding, support, hosting, and leasing of local numbers.
• After 120 days of inactivity, all data is purged from our platform per the iConstituent Data Retention Policy.
• iConstituent takes the regulatory environment around texting seriously. We serve as the technology agent for your texts, but you are responsible for creating the content, initiating the send, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
